Orange 4X12 number 4 arrived today... (actually number 5 but more about that in a minute) This one is only about a year old and in black tolex, made in the States. The others are much older, made in England, and in orange tolex. Was a store return and I got it for less than 1/3 retail, with free shipping. We'll see if I keep the factory speakers in it or not. It sounds good, so it might... Gotta hear it mixed with the other cabinets. I'll probably use it as a bottom cabinet in a full stack with the Orange Rockerverb 100. Use the other two on each side with their own amps. Still sorting that out... Well, one side is sorted, not sure what amp the other side will have. I should fix that Laney AOR... Or have it fixed if I can find someone.

On each side of those are another two full stacks that are not Orange cabinets. So yeah. Five amps. 3 full stacks and 2 half stacks. Gonna need a bomb shelter.


This "other" 4X12 I mentioned above is one of the newer compact 4X12 Orange cabinets, part of the Orange Crush line of amps made in China... Still made with Baltic Birch plywood like the big ones are, just smaller. Got that and the matching amp locally for cheap... My "practice amp" is a 120 watt Orange half stack. lol
