I just did a Martinsville race. Hadn't turned a lap in the car there so started 19th. I finished 11th.

my tummy is started to let me know it's not happy. I may have eaten too much chilli sauce with my Malaysian. I am starting to realise hot and spice doesn't really agree with me much either. Like I've accepted that pizza is a pretty much no eat zone for me unless I make it myself with absolutely zero processed ingredients and a yoghurt based base, so I'm off pizza for nearly a month now, but I dunno if I'm ready to admit defeat on chilli and spice just yet lol.

 

Show tonight was awesome. The band was so tight. And they did a cover medley with nofx, rancid, and operation ivy.

I ate an edible before the show and timed it perfectly haha.

 

Dinner is settling and boredom coming on, Imma try out this CBD lollipop

 

Update: I didn't get much of anything from the CBD except possibly a very faint feeling of relaxation, which I'm not even confident that I could discern from placebo.

I don't know what the dose was of the lollipop but it was $2, so I'm not too distraught over it. If I were to do it again, I'd probably have to try like a vape pen or something that's hopefully more concentrated.

 

Just had chilli
Poured some mild shredded cheddar on top
Used tostitos chips as my utensils to eat.

I feel like having applesauce for dessert but I dont have any.

I've never gotten much from cbd edibles, whereas with a vape pen I tend to feel a heavy sense of relaxation right away. But I wouldnt expect too much from it, it's not going to do much beyond making you feel relaxed. Really good for anxiety though
