emailed a new dental office. its got 30 years and good reviews, so im hoping that i dont completely panic. but im desperate, and im really worried that im causing real harm by being so far behind on my dental care. so not only am i anxious and terrified, im embarrassed too, despite knowing they have surely seen worse teeth than mine.
just more complexities to add to my stress.
