Is Penny a common male name in southern states? To me it has always been more of a girls name, but you name your cat Penny and refer to him as boy.

I remember a lyric in my fav. Country artist, Chris Knight song, he always banging on about.the south with his Kentucky accent.

200 horses die annually in the UK, and approximately 2000 die annually while training or racing in the United States and you see nothing unethical about horse racing?

how can horse racing be unethical?......dont they have special race cars so they dont get hurt?

 

I think it’s just the way the clue is phrased like an answer or whatever, so the contestant phrases their response like what the question would be. That’s what I always assumed anyway.

I understand why people think horse racing might be cruel, but these types of bred horses thrive on it. I know our guy is well looked after, stabled and trained. Accidents happen, but I feel you can't just go shutting things down when they do, life moves on and fatalities and injuries have never stopped any other sport from continuing, so why start here?

We learn and develop new strategies for future horses and generations, overall it is much better than back in the day.

 

I don't really care one way or the other, but horse racing is the only sport where 'accidents happen' means that the competitor gets shot in the head lol.

 

I would call my horsie Tesla.
Or Chandler.
And my cat Bumblebee.
