Just doing a bit of a book shop at book depository.

I don't know if I should move on from what I love or just indulge in as much knowledge as possible? So I've got two books on the subject in my shopping basket, now I need to know whether I get more and more and more or move to another subject?

Mind you, learning about the Anunnaki in itself is a saga of every aspect of a good novel. You get a bit of everything from action and adventure to romance, comedy and scifi.

Hmm that's a good question.

At the moment I have... 15 staff that work under me, from warehouse to logistics, not including chefs, bar staff, hospitality or drivers. We can bed 32 guests, so it's almost 1:1 I'd say at its maximum when you include ski/snowboard instructors and bus drivers in the busiest times.

A lot of them will go home or elsewhere in the summer period, but I still basically keep my 15 staff team up because over summer months we become inventory and facilities maintence crew... Not that anyone knows what we are doing but we fix shit and get shit done.

We have a drill, a hammer and a crowbar and we fix everything with them.

Edit: Also not all staff are working at the same time lol, we just run 24hrs.

 

Problem with this Muppet is you constantly have to coach him through the shift like once he finishes something there's no ambition, pride or half a brain that says what next, so he just fucks around talking until you give him something else to do, which as you can imagine pisses some of the older guys off because they're theoretically on the same money but not really because I always give them more money every year, still, besides the point.

Was like last week right Tonez told me he's hard work just to even listen to, so I ask him what he was doing and he gave me a smart arse answer so I sent him off to another team for the shift and he didn't like it and apparently complained and Tonez told him: well don't piss Joc off, man cause you bring that on yourself.

Tony is cool, he's from New York City, been with us for about 4 years now. Loves it here. in his free time he just jams guitar, he has a band back home and he sends them his guitar music then they go off on tours etc.
