Well, it is true that certain posters are a little more energised in their opinions than others. You being one of them. So, I can concede that some posters may pigeonhole you in the manner that you get off on. No doubt about that.
But to suggest 'liberals' (who seem to be everybody but yourself) demonise / treat you badly / whatever it is within your own fantasy (probably based on you wanting some kind of drama in your life) is not true...

Well, when you dismiss 'free'/socialised healthcare then you should consider how others administer it before you dismiss wholesale.

yeah, in the US "terrorist" still gets thrown around quite a bit. i remember a couple years ago when an electric guy was going around my town spray painting X's on trees to be cut down, and someone called the police and reported that a terrorist was vandalizing the town.

 

I think it's a primary reason for the then-city councilwoman to lose her position at the last election. Maybe. I dunno.

It's a small town that has literally taken #1 on the worst of all places I've lived.

I like them too. I bet half of the people that claim to dislike them don't know how they taste anymore (most seem to avoid them since their childhood )

 

If they are cooked right. If prepared in the wrong way, they taste like a sulfuric mess. My guess is that a lot of people who hate them probably had them in childhood where their parents boiled the shit out of them and ruined the taste.

People need to discipline their dogs. Even if it means kicking their ass. I have friends who won't even yell at their dogs because they don't want to "hurt their feelings." Meanwhile the dogs run around barking and tearing shit up, jumping on people, biting other dogs, etc. These people really do not understand dogs at all.

 

For every smart person that loves dogs and understand he doesn't have the time to own one there is a stupid one who thinks a dog would be fun and doesn't spend another thought but go buy one. I knew a guy who had adhd in such a form he can't even look properly after himself, he rarely can focus on the needs or words of another person and he felt like getting a dog. Needless to say that dog is giving him hell because it didnt got any disciplined training since it was a pup. I have a lot of sympathy for both of them...
