How is that an unpopular opinion? It might be different in the US (though I doubt it), but here in the UK, most people who work think that all, or at least the majority of people on benefits (the UK equivelant of welfare) are "scroungers".
I agree with you and I have food stamps. The day when I can provide for myself with the money I earned alone then I'll be feeling pretty accomplished . I've never met anyone who was proud to be on food stamps. It's not an achievement; it may be a pain in the ass to get, but it's not something you should be ashamed or proud of really.
abortion should be mandatory and not optional because children are such a pain the ass and a drain on our funds, attention and mental health that it is just rediculous.
1. I'm voting for the Conservatives in 2015 if Ed doesn't change his tune. Have been listening to the party conferences and was not impressed with him at all. This is from a lifelong Labour voter. 2. There is a difference in the parties. If you don't see it you are lazy.
I think capitalism is legalized robbery and should be taken to court, charged with human rights offenses and given a lifetime prison sentence.
I thought it was more the opposite. I guess it depends on your perspective : / Perhaps your opinion is unpopular here. I was assuming it was relating to 'in general' rather than just within the forum.
I'm sorry...It's just me...I seem to have inherited a really quite radical left-wing gene that is greatly at odds with most of society...I must learn to moderate and let myself be brainwashed more...
I'm not sure where he is going with the whole 'one nation' malarky. The 'comrade' comment was a joke, btw.
I see what you mean now. It's just the same as "we're all in this together" - Ed won't admit it, though.
It depends what type of skinheads. If they are saluting swastikas and dreaming about the white super race etc etc. They might have a few mental health issues
