Did you by any chance read the OP? Did you catch the part about NOT having to explain why you have these opinions? btw ~ Animals can be corrupted from their natural order, also ~ sort of driven insane, so to speak. You're wrong about when i became a Christian ~ it was March 5, 1995 ~ before that, i was an atheist and dabbled in the occult.
I do think that homosexuality is an interesting anomaly, considering that it has no evolutionary advantage. If the theory of evolution is true, one would assume that homosexuality would have died out long ago. If it is not heritable, then I fail to see any cause for its existence.
I think all drugs, prostitution, and gambling should be legal. I think faith is one of the most negative forces on the planet today. I think bathing suits that hang below the knees are stupid-looking. I think all tattoos are a bad idea. I think all piercings are gross, except earrings. I think the age of consent should be 14. I think people shouldn't run red lights (very unpopular idea here in Boston).
i as well think prostitution should be legal. i think its silly (and superficial)to do things like wear deodorant or make-up. or to shave or regularly cut ones hair. or to wear ironed shirts, or clothes that arent worn with comfort as the first priority. i think islam as a whole is a very dangerous untapped weapon. i think anyone who believes anything they see on television, is kind of slow. i dont give a shit about the economy or capitalism. it pisses me off that it is illegal to set up a home where you find the space. the idea of owning land and paying land tax, i think is one of the most ridiculous concepts about our society. i dont think there is anything morally wrong with eating animals. i think its stupid that homosexuality is even an issue. i think its stupid that so many disputes in the political arena are people trying to subject others to their ideas about morality. a part of me hopes that the christians, muslims, and jews will get on with it already, and battle to the death. i really dont like oprah winfrey it bothers me when black people get up in arms about racism. i think that black people as a whole are more racist than white people, and they perpetuate the cycle. i also think that your most likely to be the target of violent racism if your white. it bothers me that psychedelics are outlawed and have digressed into the realm of recreation. i lose respect for people who support corprate america to save money, especially when it comes the quality of food. thats probably enough for now
Democracy is a myth. Followers of religion are fools, fooled by a false philosophy. Wal-Mart is awesome. Children should be exposed to depictions of graphic violence and sex anytime they want to see them.
Like what the Lemmings do, rushing to their death over a cliff into the sea? i think it's just a perversion, a lie, that you can't love, nor be loved by, anyone but your own kind. It perverts the Big Scheme of Things, by disallowing procreation, which, let's face it, is a MAJOR part of our continued existence. Shit WILL happen, and we'd better be prepared for God to winnow out who survives and who doesn't. As much as we want to make a difference? Each one of us just doesn't. We are weak, poor and pretty much misguided by the very folks we depend upon to tell us the truth, in all it's glory. If someone has to look over their shoulder to make sure that what they say is "correct?" They are lying to themselves and to everyone who places their trust in them.
Only in Kentucky, or if you can find someone that actually BOUGHT Blue Grass Seed ~ yeah, well, it's DIFFERENT and i LIKED it! ~ you may even find some in Texas! p.s. It IS Blue, compared to green grass!
No, more like, natural birth control. To allow sex for pleasure, without the possibility of pregnancy. What sex isn't perverse? Girl on guy, missionary position only, with the lights off? =P This part, I actually kinda agree with you on. I find most homosexuals are more bi in nature, and go homo for sociological reasons/grudges with the opposite sex due to bad exs. But that doesn't mean people can't lean towards their own sex. What's your take on this? Recently, studies of homo brains and hetero brains, proved that a gay brain is more like the straight brain of the opposite sex. (Typically a woman's brain is smaller on one side; sames with gay males - whereas typically a male brain has more equal hemispheres; a gay female also does. There was of course, much more to it, but that's the one I remember =P)
I don't really care that the disadvantaged may not have had any choice in how their lives turned out. I just wish that they would just go away. I also think Soylent Green is a really good idea.
That's actually something that a couple decides for themselves, and within a marriage, there really ISN't anything that is mutually satisfying, and agreed upon, that could be considered perverse. This is an aside, but isn't it strange that for as much as we want total integration for all people, we keep segregating ourselves into these groups? i'm honestly not sure what to make of it. It might be that there are certain ways that each gender uses their brains, and if a homosexual uses their thoughts to focus on certain ways of doing ~ i.e. Women are concerned more with how they look: hair, makeup, clothing, accessories ~ perhaps it creates changes in the brain. But then we're sort of stuck in the loop of Inate Disposition vs Environmental Conditioning ~ is it caused by something on the inside, or something on the outside. You know, that's part of why we aren't to judge others ~ we just don't know what all the underlying circumstances are. i feel pretty certain that a Tourrettes Syndrome sufferer doesn't WANT to make obscene outbursts, but it isn't something that they can control. If that's the way it is for homosexual peeps, i would no more hold that perversion against them, any more than i would hold the symptoms of any disease against the sufferer. (i've tried to make myself clear on this point ~ for ME, i can judge homosexuality to be a perversion, but i'm not in any position to judge for others. Because i feel the way i do about God, i can tell folks that the "Rules and Regulations" the Bible outlines aren't something He did to make us miserable ~ they were given to us to PROTECT us. As an example: God doesn't want you sitting in jail somewhere over a plant that He gave all of us, so He tells us not to disobey the laws of the land we find ourselves in.) i'll see if i can scare up some links to that study you mentioned, and give it a read ~ Thanx for the head's-up!
Fyrenza, perhaps the better way not to hold something against somebody, is not to call it a perversion. Imo, trying to look at homosexuality through the eyse of a religion and also through science, just won't work. Don't try.
