Why? "Ribbed for her pleasure" has a certain ring to it I have these as well, and I can honestly say I've never had a woman be turned off by them. They're small, they don't hurt, why bother with them? But spots on the penis are MEGA painful. What I do when I get them (thankfully rarely) is to rub the area with some TCP, sterilise a pin in a torch flame and pop the fucker. Then I squeeze the pus out FROM THE BASE, which hopefully avoids driving it into the body.
