i used to go skiing, but i stoped because im afraid of heights and cant go on those damn ski lifts! i try to ride my bike, do sit-ups and push ups. it's hard for me because i dont really do much.
Im quite sporty, I play football and rugby, I run and go to the gym a fair bit, I also snowboard and wakeboard
I have fallen *off* the ski lift twice. But I keep going back up that damned mountain anyhoot. I just keep away from the trees. Hehe.
I dance a lot, that's a work out isn't it? Also work out regularly. I agree about the smoking thing, it makes running much harder.
I play the only real sport there is.....Soccer ...well during the summer that is. I used to play indoor soccer during the winter, but im too old now. Unfortunately, i dont know if ill be in good enough shape to play next summer. I just smoke too much weed. Haha. I do love hacky sack or a good game of disc every now and then.
