There are far too many for me to list. Probably about 98% of anything ever played on MTV or Top 40 radio in the last 30 years. And I've always disliked Michael Jackson "Thriller" album.

 

Hurt by Nine Inch Nails. Then I heard Johhny Cash cover it and loved it.

 

What?! That was his best album! I don't even listen to Michael Jackson but I will admit that that album is a peice of art.

how can you hate an entire genre of music? one that has a ton of sub genres also. especially one that has alot of talent. i can understand if you said country.. or rap.. but metal.. come on. You must have only heard commercialized metal and not the good stuff

 

You start off by asking how can somebody hate a genre of music, then list two genres that you obviously don't like.

I know I'm pointing out the obvious here.

 

i dont hate the whole genre.. actually i probably shouldnt have even put that. because i do like some rap and country, but the majority of it I dont..

 

Songs that i liked and everyone else did as well would be a shorter list. Probably the worst song ever IMO that stayed at the top of billboard for the longest time was that Aerosmith song from Armageddon.
