Then you've got plenty of great listening experiences to come! Their were the first band I ever really loved, been a fan for about 10 years now, tis crazy.
Gradual acceleration towards an epic climax is always good stuff. It brought tears to my eyes the first time I gave the entire album a listen through. It really is a hefty chunk of icing for a very big cake. It just ended the album on such a perfect note, i couldn't help it.
eclipse by pink floyd. just the thought has coverd my entire body in chills. its a deep one boys. its a deep one. hell the entire darkside of the moon brings me to tears. i cant even listen to it anymore. ive just heard it so many times tripping its changed my life so many differnt ways. so much that i cant speak of it any more.. its much deeper then most people even realize.. so many ppl like floyd. its like the ocean. everyone likes it, but only some know how deep it goes. ive been to the bottom.
^ well some people are not very deep. It was on the charts for 15 years I think most people knew/know there is something special about it.
Pink Floyd is a great band. Their saddest song is "Vera" on The Wall IMO. "Great Gig in the Sky" is another one that can get anyone's eye watering, especially if they have lost someone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZAydj4OJnwQ"]YouTube- The Great Gig In The Sky - Pink Floyd (Studio Version)
^^Dude, if you get a chance check out a DVD called "Dark Side of the Rainbow". It is the actually synced up Wizard of Oz with the Dark Side of the Moon alternate soundtrack. I also have a Double CD called Back Against the Wall which is an all star tribute to The Wall. The 2 most memorable tracks for me on that version were Ian Anderson from Jethro Tull doing "On thin Ice" and Malcom McDowell doing the Court Scene. Peace Out, Rev J
Hello I think (not in order), Cat Steven's "Father & Son", The Beatles "Let it Be", Bob Marley's "Jah Live", U2's "A Little While" somehow just touches me and then Chris De Burgh's 'I Had the Love in My Eyes" Those are the ones or some, who bring tears to my eyes.
