Something dark keeps following me.

I work with energy and sometimes have seen dark things around me... what I do is confront it and make it go away. use your right hand and send it energy. rotate your wrist clockwise. I will see it go away. Dark energy does NOT like the postive clockwise energy. If you wish to play with it... do counter clockwise energy and watch it get stronger. but then definately hit with it with the positive energy.

make sure the energy goes thru your heart.

you could also put a piece of rose quartz in your hand and send it the energy from that too. Rose quartz is a heart chakra stone.
