Something dark keeps following me.

Ouija boards are pure evil, depending on how you use them. If you use them for fun, or something to giggle about at some social gathering theres nothing wrong. but if you use them darkly, brood over them, or just let negativity flow between you and the board things are bound to happen. Being religious is a great way to give you protection. The best i can say is to just be brave, deny any presence of the demon, and uphold a positive image while in the house. Lucid Dreaming (if youve read many of my posts it probably seems like this is all i talk about) is also a great solution. while dreaming demand to see the demon that haunts you, and tell it that it no longer scares you and is not welcome in your home. for more info on lucid dreaming check out www.ld4all.com
Be sure to put your faith into a positive being, whether it be Jesus or Ho Tei Buddha (Ho Tei Buddah is a very powerful symbol of joyness and laughter) and remember to assure yourself that it is completely possible to overcome this demon.

A few questions for someone that knows more about ghosts and spirits..

What does sex has anything to do with spirits? I mean, sexual attraction is not
really a pure mental process. Esthetical taste of beauty, and love are, but
sexual instincts go aways if you don't feed the brain with hormones from your glands.
Now I presume that spirists are released minds, and carry all consciousness,subconsciousness,memory and everything else from ones mind plus and all kinds of powers that were bloced when the soul was being manifested through brain.
But how can sexuality be carried into ones soul?
I supose it's a sort of an adiction to past life, like being psychically adictive to drugs even when your body does not really want or ask for them? Am i right?

And another thing. If these are demons (that were never humans), then what do they have to do with sexuality at all? They never had glands or hormones. How can they then get attracted to a woman?

 

I understand your point here. If a spirit is pure mind, pure thought, it wouldn't have the trappings of what the mind that inhabits a human BODY would have.

But bear in mind that you are asking for people who "know more about ghosts and spirits" to tell you definitively what is up with them -- but ghosts and spirits are themselves the subject of debate and conjecture as to whether they even exist. So don't you see the difficulty in achieving any credibility with their answer that anyone would have if they came here and attempted to "settle" this for you? To tell you "the straight dope" on ghosts and spirits?

If someone asked me to give a thorough explanation of how some scientific doodad worked, and I gave a lengthy speech on the subject, and then someone else walked in and said, "Oh, by the way, the scientific doodad is a hoax, it doesn't even do what we were pretending it does," then my whole "explanation" would be equally a hoax, would it not?

Instead, we should be THEORIZING or HYPOTHESIZING on how a spirit or ghost would work, since no one "really knows." If they claim to, that's your first sign that they're full of shit.

All of your conjectures should really be prefaced (whether stated or "unstated") with "IF a soul really is a true thing, then..."

The way you state it seems that you are asserting that spirits being released minds is a matter of established fact, when it is far from proven that there are spirits in existence at all, much less what their nature or makeup is.

Um, yea I get what you are saying, and I agree.
I just wanted to hear what is the explanation of those who believe and have a lot of experience with these things whatever they are. I am not saying that we will have a full scientific explanation developed here. My question was a reaction to someone that said this thing about sexual energy, and now I would like to hear the full version of this theory, this is what I was asking about.
And to same a lot of time saying thigs like "If we accept the model", I just cut to the chase and skiped that part.

 

throw the bible at the ghost, if it fails repeat with all other "magical" items you have. in theory you'll get tired out from your exercise and have a restfull nights sleep. if it fails start throwing giant wooden crosses that'll do the trick.

 

I've never done anything with a Quija board, but i deffinitly have had some experiences with a presents.. This is going to sounds crazy but i believe it was a vampire..That sounds ridicualous but...i can't explain it.. the same things have happened to me with some pressure on my bed while know ones there or people walking in my rooma dn no ones there.. wakin gup and hearing foot steps come up to my bed and not being able to move.. as if i was getting choked... I haven't had anything happen lately and i almost want something to happen.. One night i was in the middle of my prayers and a voice kept repeadily saying "Come take a walk with me" there were girls saying it in the back round as well and it faded away..never heard it again...months after i had a dream with a man at the end of my bed saying, "now that i've come you don't want me here" adn girls were in my room crawlign aroudn and i nevr had anythign happen scense...there is so much more but i don't want to write too much so i'm sorry this is long

 

i mean every night i had dreams with blood in it...from my wrists being slit to just seeing blood or animals covered in blood it was weird

well i havent read the whole thread...just your post, but iv been there...battled the shadow people for a while. iv been smacked in the back of the head...grabbed on the arm...or just simply been watched by these dark entities standing over my bed at night.

what i came to realize was...these entities feed on fear. if you have none they dont exist. in a way, they are physical manifestations of our fear. the only power they have is that which we give to them. so simply stop feeding them and they will no longer come around/exist to you. easier said than done, i know. what i had to do was sit in my dark room, at about the time of night i usually encountered this energy, and remain fearless....tell it to show me its worst and remain unafraid. you must simply refuse to be drained by this energy and refuse to give up your power. there is nothing in this universe to fear.

Look, I'm a guy who is relatively fearless, in that I know how to face shit and deal with it, and I don't have phobias, and I don't feel fear on a day-to-day basis. Honest-to-goodness danger and scary shit can put a reasonable amount of fear into me. But I'm not afraid of the dark like a kid is, etc.


But I have to say, that if something like a dark form chased me down the hall of my house, or tugged at my clothing, or scratched me invisibly; or a Ouija board I had discarded kept reappearing in my house on my table (and I could rule out someone playing a prank trying to scare me)... these things would probably make me freak right the fuck out. Because if anything like that happened directly to me, as opposed to hearing it on the internet or from some third/fourth/fifth party, I'd have to believe it and it would, of course, be PROOF to me of otherworldly shit going on. As yet, I have NEVER -- even though I am open to it -- experienced anything convincing me that there is parapsychological/paranormal stuff intruding on our reality.

So, what I suspect would be my shaking-like-a-leaf reaction to an actual encounter with the occult is the very reason I have so much trouble believing all of the stories by people here. I think that if they were true, you ALL would have frozen-up/melted-down/had a heart attack/stroke/whatever as soon as it occurred to you that a demon/ghost/etc. was present with you. That would be mindbending. It would, for most people, be life-changing and terrifying. Yet I don't get the sense, from most of the stories I've seen here, that such a reaction occurred. I don't fear much, and yet I know that if I were to go into my bedroom right now and, say, the door slammed right behind me with no wind, etc., I'd fucking scream like a child and I don't know WHAT I would do, shut in the room with... Whatever like that!

Like, what would you do if you were watching t.v., and suddenly something like the video in The Ring came on, and the next thing you knew, in real life, this drowned undead chick started to crawl out of your t.v.?!

YOU'D LOSE YOUR FUCKING MIND, THAT'S WHAT!

That's why these stories are bullshit.

TalkKat, I have a question about the water ritual. (I have used something simlilar with salt, but I have not done this one.) What if you have a septic tank? In a septic tank, the things you put into your toilet STAY on your property, for a year or two (and even seep into your soil) until you have the tank emptied. The tank is only emptied every few years.

I was just concerned, if you had septic, instead of sewer system, that the 'contaminated waters' would still be VERY near you.

This IS a serious question.

FTR, oijia boards are awful, filthy things. I never allow them in my house.

 

sure it is scary at first, its kinda like the matrix in a way, how your previous perception of reality is blown out of the water in a single event, heavy indeed. this newly opened door destroyed me spiritually for a long time...but you get used to it, and rebuild what sence of security was shattered...especially when your understanding of it grows. what else can you do? i refuse to be afraid as fear is the catalyst for insanity, and as creater of my reality and operater of my own mind, i refuse to let fear drive me insane.

i dont expect anyone to believe the encounters iv shared in this thread, and thats why i rarely talk of these things. but having been where the original poster is, and grown from the expirience, i feel i have some insight that could prove helpful.
