    Yes but when it starts with a 'tarian complaining about us 'meaters' eating too much mean, one can be easily fooled.

    I think we should have an understanding that omnis stay outta vegetarian and herbivores stay away from meat.

    I've found that reducing my meat intake over time has resulted in a certain mental clarity. Sometimes when I see friends lusting after meat it actually looks kinda scary/barbaric. I still find myself eating at least some lean meat like once every other day, I wish I could cut it out completely (along with fish).

    I'm the opposite. A diet of 80% meat and the rest made up of vegetables and fat is optimum for your mental clarity. Too many vitamins is the worst you can do for your brain.

    80%!!! jeez im not sure about that...I study biology and my understanding is that the optimal diet for longevity is a caloric restricted diet (around 1600-1800) that's basically vegetarian
