I am not perfect,or judging Trey. I followed PHiSH for a few years after Jerry died(not a popular choice by some of my deadhead friends)but it was fun and I enjoyed it.

    Having said that,
I know that if I got pulled over all messed up on pills, and had a bunch of them in the car, I would be in jail right now.

Oh to be a "rock star".

What? He got a DWI and the possession is a misdemeanor according to New York state law. It was his first offense. He didn't get any special treatment.

You just don't know what you're talking about. The legal system isn't that hard to figure out.

That's still not really a big deal. Far from being a felony, obviously.

A buddy of mine has an uncle that has been arested for DUI TWO times while riding horseback back from the liquor store. When I went over his house the other day he showed me the issue of 'Ripley's Believe or not' that his beloved uncle had made. Sadly the copy was published before his second arrest. He's not the only one to be given a DUI on horseback in these parts either.

yep. College town cops got wise to cycling under influence.

I'd be Ok with that if all cyclists had to follow (auto) traffic laws, or had an enforced set of their own.
I get buzzed by cyclists on the sidewalk all the time, I see them disregard signs and signals (pedestrians HAVE to obey or we get flattened)
That said, I'd rather someone with impaired judgement from whatever, cycle over drive, and walk, over cycle for their own safety.

you get on phantasytour too?? those people ARE monsters!!! they sit behind their computers all day, and rip apart people, but that's only because they have minutes, if not hours, to think of some kind of comeback...those people would never have the balls to say some of the stuff they say to your face... but, yeah, about trey, give the guy a break...

thid thread is really sad and has been along for a long time. i'm not talking about the content, but just the fact that its so old. the threads that came up on Phantasy Tour have long since been replaced by a thousand new threads. how this one survives.....its just shows the extreme lack of traffic thru hipforums.com

felony: depends on how good his attorneys are and how lenient state law allows a judge to be.
With his name recognition, he could be oerdered to do anti-drug commercials, etc.
I'm thinking of the "public service" John denver had....

solla, if you don't like the forum, feel free to spend your time at phantasy tour, with the , how did you say it? "monsters tearing him apart."
