Will have to dig around, There's similar to this that has been going on for other things as well. One was a hotline and cash reward for calling saying you believe your neighbor has a unregistered firearm.

I'm not surprised if they started doing this for people against bills they are wanting to push through in the least. Not long ago the report was everyone was a terrorist lol.
