To me a guy who smokes can be very sexy, depending how they do it, but I don't find women smoking all that great, I guess just because I'm straight.

I touched on this subject in the "Real Kinky" forum, since I think smoking is about the sexiest thing a woman can do with her clothes on, and one of the sexiest things she can do with them off.

But I'm amazed at the vehemence of those who say they don't like it, especially on such an otherwise tolerant bulletin board. Surely you know the dangers have been greatly exaggerated in true Reefer Madness fashion, and as far as the dangers of so-called "second hand smoke" go, they simply don't exist.

But be that as it may, even if you don't believe my assertion above, what business is it of anyone's what dangers I choose to accept? And what business is it of the government to say that a person can't voluntarily enter, or work in, a privately owned business that allows smoking?

This is one issue where otherwise good, tolerant people have been driven half mad with lies and propaganda.

At any rate, sorry if you don't like it, but I find smoking extremely sexy. You can't say it's not, no matter how much you'd like to, because there are a whole lot of us out here who think it is.

And incidentally, I've had loved ones die of "smoking-related" illnesses myself--lung cancer and emphysema--so don't give me any sob stories. I've had loved ones die of all sorts of brutal things. What of it? Here's a newsflash: we are all going to die. That fact is only sad if you die without ever having really lived.

It's just plain weird. Fisting: "Whatever floats your boat." Bondage: "Cool! Count me in!" Rape fantasies: "To each is own." Autoerotic asphyxiation: "Tried it! Loved it!" Pot smoking: "YAY!" Tobacco smoking: "OOOOO! GROSS!"

Obviously, those billions that the anti-tobacco movement has stolen from smokers and put into propaganda and phony "scientific studies" have worked like a charm.

 

Dont know about the hottest cigar picture ever, Iv'e seen women do hotter things with a cigar, (so did Bill clinton). But it is hot!

 

Hi, newbie here... sorry I didn't introduced myself in the proper section yet, but I was reading the post and cannot resist the temptation to say that I couldn't agree more on what A. Croen said. I understand that smoke can upset non smokers, I don't get how is possible that somebody can question my person only because I dispose of my body as I like.

Absolutely fantastic post and I agree with every word. Those who are the first to criticise pot bellied politicians for being out of touch with reality and the people they represent, are also the first to use them as a means of judging what is sexy/stylish and what is not. For me, George W Bush, Tony Blair nor Gordon Brown can tell me what I should and shouldn't find attractive.

The smoking police are even inflitrating sexuality with their powerful anti-smoking campaigns.

As you say, rape and incest fantasies are fine...smoking fantasies- just plain GROSS. Gives you some indication as to just the kind of society we live in.
