I'm kind of surprised how anti smoking hip forums is these days. I mean...all smokers KNOW that its bad. I know its bad for me! I don't need people telling me that.

Yeah, its great to speak your mind. But why be unnecessarily negative?
"You're disgusting, you're going to die, its the most disgusting habit in the world" and stuff like that?

Come the fuck on. I don't walk up to fat people and rant about how unhealthy and disgusting it is to be obese. I would never say that to somebody.

I think that tobacco companies will say and do anything to keep their heads above water public image wise, and make money.

If and when its legalized, they'll be the first ones to try and market it.

Besides, if I based all of my consumption and purchases on the manufacturer's politics or beliefs...

i think a list of things that arent in someway harmful to us would be shorter. sure its a basically pointless addiction to something with crazy amounts of terrible chemicals in it. but there is only one we smokers give half a shit about: nicotine.

but smoking is fun and dare i say cool, ive met way more cool people outside the bar smoking than i have bitching about what other ppl do with their own bodies, and if you die young by using it then its even better. fuck being old.

i may be quitting, but only because its effecting my singing voice. if it wasnt id chain smoke every day and enjoy every drag. cocaine is bad for me too, but im not gonna stop doing it.

i like you floes, but if we cant destroy our bodies as we please, then what kind of hippie free-for-all is this place?
