Good luck.. try some hot baths then cold showers, helps repair, but also stimulates the muscles. Your probably ripping, so massage is going to help to.. way to go Jacob..

Yes I do I look after the Maintenance
I am trained in Axminster , Wilton , Spool , and Tufting now I just look after tufting Machines Because of the Decline in the woven carpet Industry

I am very good at my job and like the challenge thats why I still do it at 66 years old
