I sleep year round nude also. Sleeping nude is the only way to get a good nights rest.

When I was 6 my mum would help bath me in the summer months and encourage me to sleep naked. I liked the feeling of being naked under a cool duvet especially in summer and that was when I discovered my little button which gave me much pleasure. Bx

My bedroom is a sun trap, even though I have blackout curtains.

I live in the UK, not standard here. The fan is too damn noisy.
This temp won't last long in Britain.

That kinda temp is pretty standard here this time of summer inside, at least by the end of the day. If I run the a/c it'll be set to 26c and just dropping the humidity makes that temp feel cool. But if nights drop to 20c or below I'll just bring in nighttime air and that cools adequately.

Some people cool their houses to icebox temps in the summer and heat to oven temps in the winter. Not me; I follow the seasons.

We can have seasons in a day in the UK.
    Nothing stays for long.
    Only frequent rain.
