I always prefer sleeping naked. So comfy.

At school, I always sleep naked because I have my own room.

At home, I have to wear a shirt and underwear because people walk in and my door doesn't close or lock properly.

I sleep in my briefs. I can't stand to sleep in my socks either. Makes my feet burn.

I usually just wear boxer shorts in bed, and take the off during the night. Some of my friends sleep in pants AND underwear, and I think they're crazy; I certainly couldn't stand that!

I can't sleep nude!I am very shy about my body (I have been changing clothes in the bathroom for as long as I can remember myself)...So,I am terrified that if I sleep nude -even with a sheet on-,something will happen and somebody will walk in and see me naked!Scary! But,when I get to live on my own,I think I will try it! ;)

In the summer I normally wear a pair of shorts and a t-shirt to bed, sometimes just a shirt depending on how I feel and who is in the room with me... in the winter I always wear sweats, hoody, and socks (it gets cold in my house - I'd be an icicle by morning if I slept naked).
All in all, I guess it just depends on my mood and the weather.

I used to sleep naked but then I got a cat, and he loves to climb under the covers (akward) so I stopped the nude thing-my cat is like my baby! He's actually under my covers right now.

So I figures I could sleep naked when I stay with my bf, but everytime I try I always get bugged in the middle of the night when I'm trying to sleep.

    Sigh.

I always sleep naked unless I'm at my father's apartment. The doors on the bedrooms don't have any locks, and my father has a habit of coming in my room in the morning to wake me up. Then again, it's too cold at my father's apartment to sleep without clothes on. And about five blankets. For some reason, even with the heat on, it still gets extremely cold in there.

Sleeping naked is so much more relaxing and you become more comfortable with your body. I hate sleeping in "jammies" they feel like constraints, just really uncomfortable.

I have been sleeping nude since I was 15, and like some of your worries, my dad came in one night when the covers were off. How did he handle it? He told the whole family at the dinner table the next day, and it became the family joke for weeks.
Instead of sleeping nude, I also swim nude. I love to swim nude. In fact, I go to a gym that has a pool and Open 24 Hours. When I go late at night, and very few people are there, and nobody is at the pool, I'll swim naked. The staff doesn't care, and that's cool. (And yes, I was caught once by a male member. And he told me he didn't care that I was nude.)
