I had a kid tell me about wax and then this random black chick who was standing beside yelled at the kid who mentioned wax and said it's a disgrace to dreads and stuff. Then she examined my hair and was like "in 14 months your gonna be a true ******" or something like that. She smiled and then walked away... It was fucked up.... Well at least I know my hair is right on schedule according to a black person.. Which is better then some smelly Hawaiian talking to me about dreads.
Thanks for all your compliments Zilla- That is why I am so amazed! I didn't do anything to the back and most of the left side, and they are progressing fantastically in my opinion. My brother said "...wow. They are like actual dreadlocks." It was a grand compliment.
