    Ahhhhh! If you pop around this forum youll find rubber band stories.
    Ive seen some pretty icky rubber band pics.
    Why take em out? You dont need em.
    If your worried about holding your sections use some beads.
    But the rubberbands will sort of "melt" into your hair and make a gross mess.
    The wax is only gonna "appear" to hold your dread together...
    Get the wax out :)
    When u wash the wax out ... the knots you backcombed will probably
    slide down from the roots.
    Dont panic.


    Just shower like you normally would. ya know. ... water on ... get in ...
    wash ... nothings changed :)
    I shower everyday, but I dont wash my dreads everyday.
    If Im not gonna get them wet I use and old lady shower cap.
    They are like 5 for a dollar at drug stores.

    youll find all the answers you need.

    Ok, washing it out tommorrow, gonna go into town tonight and show em off :D What happens if the rubberbands melt in?

    "What happens if the rubberbands melt in?"...then you have a mess. if they're black, it'll look like someone rubbed tar in your dreads. and it will never come out
