I'm too scurred to try it on my own... I'd rather get the basics from a professional and then try on my own time once I've got some kind of foundation to draw on. I'm not looking to become a pro or anything, but I figure they know what they're doing and they're pretty good at it, so why not get some tips to keep me from looking totally pathetic? At least I would look like I was trying. People have been on surfboards for hundreds and hundreds of years. I think I could learn something about it before making a total ass of myself thinking I could figure it out better. Wetsuit? Cold water wax? I'll take my chances. If others can do it, I should be able to as well.
Gona Walk the plank, hanging 5 on a malaboo, gota play this song while ur learning, haha best place for a cheep board garage sales, would get a wet suit two, theres difrent kinds thicker they are the more ur fighting against them for movement, ull notice what i mean, streachy warm ones cost more tho, i find the best place to find advice is to paddle out to the big waves n ask the guys out there, as for looking silly who cares we all have to learn some how, i also love laughing at my self, like fuck man i almost died, or geting thrown around in the under currents like a rag doll, at the end of the day its all fun, ; )
Yikes, I don't know if I want to start with big waves. And the last thing I want to do is bug experienced surfers. I'll stick with my lessons. But thanks all the same for all of your advice. Now if I could only stop watching Blue Crush.
