how do you know that's a fact? did you ask everyone one of them?
rugby is a shitty sport, there's like 0 strategy to it
my uncle watches rugby, it is boring, and as tough as you say it is, I don't see those guys getting too hurt cept for scratches and bruises
we've had some guys bone like rip through his uniform

man im not gettin into an argument with you
but i suggest you look into the sport of rugby
my husband is 44 and played semi professional football here in britain for years
    he also played rugby
man have you seen these guys when they get into a scrum
i have seen serious injuries first hand

no i havent asked them all
but when my husband was playing football with stanley he got to go to sportsmans lunches etc and mix with some big names he has met many a pro american player and the story is the same they think the game of rugby is too rough

    Go braves!

    ...

    I'm just gonna leave.

I'm hoping for the steelers, my history teacher will take it out on us if they don't win. Also, if the Seahawks win, everyone around here will go insane about it.

Yeah, I'm not much of a football fan.

you don't know too much about rugby then.

however, rugby and football are totally different sports. each have different strategy and game plans to them. i love both of them. but if i got to choose, i'd be playing rugby at school, but i can't because of a knee injury that i dont' want to fuck up anymore. already had surgery once, dont' want it again.

rugby is hardly as strategic as football

and back to the whole roughness/protection, in football they are launching that ball fast enough to go 50 yards, you are gonna want protection if you get hit with that thing
and with helmets comes more dangerous tackles, comes the need for other protection
