thats a pretty cool mixture you know the greatest empires lasted so long because of intergration with the natives.... which is part of why the British Empire fell so quickly (comparatively)
Depression is all to do with 'Chemicals' in the Brain.It's often due to the lack of a certain chemical: 'Seratin' I think it's called. Eating green vegetables & lots of exercise helps. Clinical Depression is a genuine illness of the brain & has to be treated with powerful drugs. The winter blues is because you don't watch enough: 'Monty Python's Flying Circus' on your DVD or Video-Tape Player!!!.
