I epitomize the much maligned male Virgo and I have a passing interest in astrotheology and syncreticism.

 

OP-we all get that hippie stereotype of being ito astrology and actually believing it.....but vg said it well.....no person will take you serious unless you lose the astrology aspect of your life

 

So maybe she likes a bit of astrology. So what. It's harmless enough. Who are you to tell someone to dump something that might be important to them just because you don't like it, or because it challenges your philistine world-view?

 

I was suggesting that maybe the astrology interest is stopping the real connection of friendship that this Opie is requesting nothing wrong with pointing out that people like me avoid people who are into astrology and tell them so and there is nothing wrong with that either

^ i'm pretty sure the female point of view is that hipforums has too many creepy guys, and that it would be great if people would at least keep their creepiness out of the intro section so we don't scare off all the newbies.
