US schools and jobs are fucked, no jobs or schools can drug test here. I dont think people would comply even if they did, serious personal invasion that is.

High blood pressure? school is stressful, personal problems, etc.
red eyes? tired, contacts bothering, allergies, emotional problems, etc.
disoriented? tired, hate school, etc.

It sucks dick, but if you smoke pot or ever did, you really should have all this stuff thought out, if you say it right it's pretty much impossible for them to do..... anything at all.....

OR having a cold could cause all those symptoms, ever looked at someone with the flu? they look OUT of it, like a junkie, cause they're fucking miserable.

Also, if he knew he was clean, he should have said that if there was drug use at school, it was clearly a matter for law enforcement, and offered to call the police... just to be helpful, of course, since they obviously should be involved in such a serious case (because criminals don't go to the law, and that makes the school think much harder, if you're asking for the law when they finger you)

It depends on the state and the school, generally it's all down in the code of conduct and shit you've signed and it's all legal and above the bar. (though feeling up minors for "drugs" is bullshit... That involves jail time... principal, secretary, cop, what EVER, no parent, no minor search if the minor says no, and no strip search pretty much no matter what, except in extreme situations)

Once I stepped over my high schools drug dog with a half oz in my pocket... it didn't bat an eyelash. It was a crackshot at finding spent .22 shells or airsoft guns or cigarette buts in peoples cars though... that shits why you don't WANT school parking "privilages". if you park off school property and they search your car, you can pretty much stick a court room up their ass, since they're not EVEN cops, usually.
