    Saddest song ever

well I'll have to take a step further and say that the Entire "Final Cut" album by Pink Floyd is mind numbingly sad, but in an emotionally wonderful way

seriously i like tah listen to it during cold days and long boring bus rides

Some Kenny Rodgers one about 4 hungry children. :(

But a song which moves me to tears is a song called 'Born Again' by Starsailor. That dudes voice can make me cry cos it's so haunting.

oh yeah, i must have forgotten. thanks for clearing that up cirrhosis.

anyway, i think Idioteque by Radiohead is a pretty sad song. it makes me think of someone committing suicide or dying of an overdose, which i guess is still suicide.

"Dreams Go By" - Harry Chapin

    "Indian Sunset" - Elton John

Oh yeah, and "Leaving on a Jet Plane" which was (i think) originally John Denver.

as some people have already said, tears in heaven, by eric clapton.
that song makes me want to cry, but i've never been brought to tears by music, or movies, or anything like that.
