I was in a parking lot when the sunset was happening yesterday of course and not on my back porch where I usually am smoking a doob lol

but those two trees are nothing compared to the majesty of the twenty huge trees in a row lit up down the road...im in awe everytime I see them :daisy:

A few weeks ago me and my girlfriend were at this dollar store next to my house, just messing around with all the ridiculous stuff there because we were bored... and are immature lol...

Then I saw this huge section of notebooks, and we were looking at all these books with weird designs and as a joke i was like "we should totally buy each other a notebook and fill it up then give them to each other when we're done" but i said it in that cheesy kind of voice as sarcasm... like mocking other couples and stuff, but she was like "we actually should!" and she got all excited about it.. and i was like im just kidding.. but we ended up getting them after many attempts from me to move onto a different aisle lol

That was a few weeks ago, maybe a month now... She was over this morning, and saw the notebook sitting ontop of my dresser, so she looked at it, and i hear her "whaat? you haven't even started yet? i'm already half done!" and i'm like "huh..? *turns around* ohhshit ._." lol

I dunno what to write in this... something creative that takes up a lot of pages lol

 

Do you draw, Ortus? You could just write a little short poem...like your own version of :

Roses are red
Violets are blue
Can't believe I'm doing this
All because of you....or something

Then "illustrate".

^ That would be one page.

You could make many pages like that.

That was intended as a joke, but now i'm considering it

 

I remember back in elementry school we used to have these notebooks, and we had to write a journal a day until it was filled... I would carefully remove some of the pages so that i'd have to write less, along with double spacing and writing massively with a ton of filler words too of course

this brings back those memories... lol

are you sure you even like this girl? maybe it's just because you mostly only post about her when you're annoyed or mad at her, but it sounds like you have nothing in common with her and are just with her because you're too lazy to break up with her.

 

applied last night for college in september, not sure what i want to do yet. i applied for the social service worker program and the accounting program, both are 2 year diplomas with options to transfer credits to university programs in the future. looks like they're both offered in night school too, so if i find a job i like then i'll be able to keep the job and still go to school.

i have 3 jobs to apply to today, and a couple of places to contact about volunteering. i've been too lazy over the last couple of weeks so i'm trying to make up for it this week.

 

this comforts me. often people get hung up on the legal system, thinking it doesnt work, but they forget that convicts are human too. if you want to punch an animal abuser or child molester, the incarcerated probably feel the same way, and have less inhibition, and better access to the offender.

i absolutely agree, we have enough real-life terror. i certainly dont need imaginary terror too.

Ortus- i dont know what to say. thats like making a bad bet. you should never make a bet you cant keep. like tancredo. fuck him in his uptight ass. wah, wah, my grandkids might think im a bad person. what a load of crap." i didnt think it would pass" then you shouldnt have made the bet! his grandkids will know he was a sissy, that his word cant be trusted.

you have done the same thing. you mentioned something that a woman would probably like to do, thinking she wouldnt want to do it. relationship fail. thats like if my hubby offered to take me fabric shopping, thinking that i would say no. that would be fail. and, if i did say "oh yeah! lets go" and he backed out (like you not wanting to do the journal) he would be in some trouble. mmm hmm.

you should have told her no at the store. should have said you were joking, and that you didnt want to do it. now the indiscretion has festered.

i recommend writing a little on each page, and then illustrating it. DO NOT under any circumstances remove pages, unless you really dont care what happens in your relationship. teachers are focused on many journals coming in, she is focused on ONE. plus, shes knows how long it is, since she is doing the same journal. its like if you traded school journals with a friend to check them, and you completed yours, and checked theirs. you would notice the lesser pages. and i guarantee she will pore over every. single. page. its in our nature to read deeply into things.

i get sad in the winter, because my career involves plants. we grow significantly less plants in the cold season, and then, to top it off, outside is like a grey wasteland.... i get seasonal depression sometimes. but not this year! because the snow in chicago has been very low.

HAHAHAHA! i know people that i have to try so so hard not to laugh at when they talk about their faith. maybe i can use this to fill those awkward "trying not to laugh" silences.
