The 100% is a recommended dosage, based on how much the average person's body requires on a daily basis. Some Vitamins (like Vitamin B and C) are water soluble and the excess goes through your body without doing any harm. So it doesn't matter if you dose over the recommended value.

Other vitamins like A and D are fat soluble however, so large doses of those have a larger chance of having a negative effect on you.

 

the important thing is to know which vitamin gets eliminated immediately if there is excess, and which does not. a highschool friend of mine is hawking this vitamin drink, feeding it to her kids, touts its praises... but doesnt think drinking it all day every day is what put her in the hospital with a severe kidney infection turned blood infection and stones.

how i make dinner:
1 protein (meat or beans)
1 starch (potatoes, pasta, bread)
1-2 veggies

i cant wait to be harvesting my own veggies and putting it up for the winter. the selection im going to have is going to be great.

 

im beginning to feel like I should start eating like shit. then maybe ill not feel like shit, since I eat good. maybe too good. what if you take to much shit out your diet and your body dont know how to live without it. say 20yrs your life you was eating like whitetrash, so the 20yr mark you begin to eat better, but 20 after that yrs you begin to get ill from lack of shitty ingredients. what if aliens designed mcdonals food..

 

I want to eat healthier, but we never really buy healthy stuff... My mom doesn't really cook big healthy meals, we get McDonalds or pizza or chinese food probably like 4 times a week at least, then she'll cook one good meal a week usually, and the other two days i'll just make my own stuff like mr.noodles or a sammich

I would try and cook, but I usually work nights and by the time i'm home everyones in bed so I just eat left overs of whatever they ordered in

it's funny because my girlfriends family is the complete opposite... both of her parents are health freaks and only get all natural stuff, they don't even own a microwave or anything... even their junk food is healthy! like their hotdogs and chips and stuff are also special healthy ones that taste awful lol...

So she loves coming to our house for dinner because its the only time she's ever able to eat fast food and greasy pizza and stuff

 

Yea im getting pizza tonight. Im about 1.5 miles away from the best pizza place in town, its brick oven roasted homemade crust. Its damn good.

I get it about twice a month.

 

Finally got my new license in mail after 3 months. The picture is pretty bad, i look high alright.

 

I love my juicer cuz I get all the raw nutrients of the veggies in my drink ...

so we are all concerned one way t'other about eating right...i definitely dont eat properly but last year i made lots of changes

ok fine...all i did was cut out the donuts and junk food....baby steps...i'm gonna start me tomatoes inside this year so i have ripe ones sooner...i eat healthier in the summer fall on account my harvesting the veggies
