Hmmm...I'll have to see if I can notice more. I know my roommate was hearing it during the day. It's a little hard to notice until the rest of the world quiets down.
I would say, sounds like HAARP. I was driving about an hour west of Dallas with one of my friends who lives there and it was about 9:30, so it was dark. I look out further west and the sky is lit up for what looks like a 10 mile radius. It was very visable because it was cloudy. It was very creepy. I asked my friend if there was a stadium close and she said no...which was the only explaination i could think of. About 30 minutes later her mother called saying there had been an earthquake....in irving? Very strange. I think it was HAARP.
I heard HAARP is being used to fight off solar flares, etc. (to protect our power grid). And earthquakes are a side effect from it they can't control. These pieces are starting to fit together..
for the record, i was right. my neighbors' heat has been keeping my apartment so warm i've had to keep a window open most of the fall, but it finally got cold enough that i had to turn on my heat today and i heard that weird sound from inside my own apartment.
There is a low rumble that happens here that's so insidious, you only really notice when it stops, then it's like a fucking weight lifted from your shoulders! But I'm really sensitive to that shit anyway...I suspect some neighbors monster-ass generator or compressor or something.
yeah I say it's H.A.A.R.P but the whole underground drilling seems very plausible since the government has had a hard on for building underground bases since area 51 became too obvious (above ground bases). And what ive heard Denver Airport is either a big ass fema camp/concentration camp or a some sort of base for the elite. All I know is that their is non-stop construction for miles being done to the airport, and it all meant to lead underground. One thing that really gives me chills though is that one day a construction worker working at the airport went way to deep underground on an elevator. the next day he quit and to this day he is too afraid to say what he saw.
Some of those videos of the strange moaning sounds have been debunked, thusly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHTcMaijbsQ"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHTcMaijbsQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaQTNjQUi_o"]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaQTNjQUi_o

HAARP can effect any part of the world and cmon you think the US is the only country drilling for their needs? please, every country is always trying to stay ahead of the curve.
How can it affect the whole planet? The likely scenario is that it is a minimal issue with an exponential credence attached.
Do you live anywhere near a cemetery? The rumbling sound could be the result of bacterial gases being expelled from the bodies of the recent dead, most notably from the bodies of decomposing pregnant women who’s gases can create enough pressure to expel the fetus in a process known as a coffin birth.)
