Ruined mansion in the woods (hq pics)

That's quite amazing. I live in a newly developed part of the world with little history, so all I have is brand new sparkling playgrounds and parks lol. I would love to live somewhere with history.

That's why I love going to Poland on vacations. Standing in a castle from the 1200s changes the way you think about things.

You don't like the city? How come?

I have family in Dublin and the outskirts of Belfast. So you never know, I just might waltz into that haunted mansion wearing a sheet one day and bump into you.

 

i hate most cities...i hate most built up areas actually...give me a forest and loads of fields or a beach and im happy out.
Thats why im moving out of town at the start of summer

thats pretty intense. it looks like it should be in a horror movie(if it still had a roof itd be even more scary)

 

it used to about 10 years ago, the stairs were still there then too but the place has really gone to shit the last few years...I dont really remember it back then, I do remember it being a lot scarier when I was a kid though

 

Theres an abandoned mill really close to here. Heard some creepy stories about it...I've gone in part of it, but have never been up to the top. Perhaps that is a mission for this summer.

this is the photocopied version of it and the one that will be in the art gallery
Was going to actually draw the left side properly but it was 5am and I had to hand it in in 3 hours and I was tired as fuck so I just shaded it and put a tree there.
Theres a few things I would have liked to add in but I didnt have the time.
Overall im pretty happy with it though

 

and that is the pencil sketch of it, a bit more subtle then the straight black and white of the photocopier.
Any comments or criticism welcome

great drawing. i'm no artist, but my highschool art teacher told me not to be afraid to use my pencil more. as in draw harder, make darker lines especially at the edges, don't smudge so much. that's my art teacher's advice though, i think it looks awesome

 

i would shit my pants if i went there and its cool at the same time and thats the reason i like places like that. You should try growing weed there haha jk
