I always do. he knows damn well I’m going to tell my sister's it's this sympathy shit and he needs to quit drinking, that's why he is so damn sick along with allot of other shit. Don’t know why the hell he is puking up blood along with bloody nose. He wants people to feel sorry for him, my grandmother said to my aunt that as a kid he would fake sick just so people could feel bad for him. what the hell am I'm to do with this? he won't go to the doctor he is doing nothing but making himself sicker and this damn drinking, I know he is drinking we will talk on the phone next day he will say I didn't know that and this pain is my friend bullshit speach get's old real quick

 

I've done the "pain is my friend" thing. It is, too. But I don't always believe it.
