??? I did not realize you had fused vertebrae in your back. But not in your neck, right? Otherwise you would have had neck x-rays at some point. Did you tell your therapist that your migraines and dizziness increase after she presses on your neck?

Old Doc Zengizmo is not really qualified to advise in this area, but that doesn't stop him from trying.

Yes she was asking me those questions as she was massaging my neck are the migraines worse when I rub it and how is the dizziness while doing this is also? The migraines get worse when pressure is applied and the room spins more as she is doing this. if you look in my gallery you will see the x-rays on my back and the rods

Okay well, sounds like your therapist has the lowdown then. I just don't understand how she can think it's your meds when physical pressure increases symptoms. But as you may have noticed, I'm just an ignorant slut.

Yes scoliosis they operated on my back then it started curving on the lower part so they had to go back in and put more rods in. the surgery took over 7 hours at least, I had to wear a full body brace as a kid. My therapist said it could be the medications, but I think she just wants rule that out I think she is leaning more for it being something in my neck then anything

From your description I would say you have a nerve pinching in your neck or upper back.

 

Today a flying ant landed on my shin and a huge frog jumped into me to eat it.

 

I wonder if a neck x-ray would show anything?

 

I've become a neck expert in the last few months since my mom has some pinched nerves in her neck...and by the sounds of it, I don't think that's it. A pinched nerve would cause excruciating pain pretty constant and eventually cause a loss of feeling/strength in an area (like my mom is losing feeling in one of her arms).

I'm wondering if its an effect from the surgery.

If it is nerve related...you'd need an MRI

 

I have a cold and I am at work and my whole body aches.

I will make some green tea now.

 

You should be drinking 4-5 cups of green tea a day anyway.

Maybe you won't catch colds if you did that!

Although, I should practice what I preach...I don't particularly like the taste of green tea...I might try and give it a chance again...
