therapy today, have not been in a month. I hope it goes well I know my back needs looking at, been hurting for a couple weeks dizziness still some what there don't know what the hell too do anymore

 

get new ones! I once watched a house burn down because they didn't have batteries in the smoke detectors. I watched a firefighter run out of the house holding an infant, who later died in hospital along with another child. tragic.

That's human. Anyway I'll bet I could find some feelings of your own if I looked.

I figured. We have two - one upstairs, one downstairs. The downstairs one beeps at us sometimes when we turn on the hall light next to it. Kinda like saying "Hi" I suppose.

I drank too much wine last night. I need to watch that - almost didn't get up this morning.

 

Didn't want to get out of bed this morning, have the windows open and it got cold last night...

 

OK, I lied, I do have working smoke detectors but they are sitting in a cabinet right now...so should there be a fire, I'm sure all 3 of them would go off like crazy

 

The smoke detector that is close to my kitchen goes off all the time when I bake...

 

My smoke detectors all bit the dust a few years ago and got ripped off the mounts and tossed somewhere in a junk pile....

My therapist today. She thinks the reason I get migraines. Has something to do with my neck tension, she is going to work on my neck for the next few visits. If that doesn't work then she wants me to see neurologist about the dizziness and migraines. This guy is suppose too be real good he is x military he is the kind of doctor that doesn’t believe in meds only as last resort if absolutely necessary. That is my kind of doctor. If all it is the medications I take at least I will know it’s not some kind of dieses. She said I won’t be able to get into this doctor until April or May he is that booked up

 

Well... was going to take out my carb from my motorcycle yesterday and in order to remove the carb you need to remove the gas tank, which you need to remove the seat to get to. The second bolt I had to remove was an allan key bold, and it was all rusted. It's round now.

Dammit!

 

Last night I took out the window fan in my bedroom and closed the window. Summer is ending.

You're punishing them cuz they wouldn't behave themselves when you smudged?

When I was a kid and younger adult I used to get terrible migraines that would last for days. Then they stopped, and I have no idea why. Now I occasionally get flashing lights in my eyes, which are supposed to be a sign of impending migraine, except that the lights go away and I never get the migraine.

I think it might be linked to hypoglycemia - low blood sugar. If I eat too much sugary stuff or drink a lot of coffee it sometimes triggers the flashing lights. You might try keeping track of whether your migraines and/or dizziness come after you eat something sugary. Just a thought - if not you can eliminate that as a possibility.

 

That's the way mechanics projects generally go for me too.

 

Hey Shiv, vice grip pliers sometimes work well for removing wrecked bolts and screws.

Also now may be a good time to burn those chicken bones.

 

haha well... I'm probably going to drill in to it or get my welding buddy to weld something onto it so I can get that sucker out. It really annoyed me because this week is probably going to be one of the last weeks of decent motorcycle weather and I wanted to take advantage of it.

And on top of that, when writing this message I got word that my ball joints are finished on my car, plus my power steering pump hose. That would be 800$. And my tires are finished and the body is rusted all the way through... Dont really have cash to buy a new car but it's becoming a money pit this thing...

So far this week has not been good for mechanical stuff!

No it's an allan key bolt, it's round on the outside (and now round where you put the alan key, lol)

I understand, but with vise grip pliers you can sometimes clamp down hard enough to turn the bolt, if there's enough bolt head to get a grip on. I usually need to use very small vise grip pliers to do this. If it works, it sure beats trying to drill it out or weld something on.

 

I understand but their really isnt. Its a very flat, round bolt.

 

I don't like going to the doctor...

 

Gotcha. Okay then, time to get out the drill and start singing "Nobody Knows de Trouble I Seen."

Me too. I regard doctors as necessary but potentially dangerous.

 

I do get my yearly mammogram...But I don't like doing that...
