I always return rep, though. And, I totally made a thread asking for rep. But, only because I have OCD and I have this weird thing about odd numbers and I have 3 balls.

I never said it was good for showing appreciation. I just said that if somebody does use the rep system for "good" then I consider that an act of kindness.

Also, I rarely "return" rep, I was just trying to defend the people that do. Most of them are capable of genuine acts of encouragement so picking on this tiny scruple is kind of uh....sour grapish?
