    yea i do feel sorry for the guy.... minnesota only protects ya up to 42g... so after that its killer.... 38plants = 38lbs = 17.24kg... he could have actually done a minimum of 20years under minnesota law... he got a couple years knocked from it some how

    It just amazes me how completly ignorant our governemnt is. 18 years for doing what to many is a profession(i.e. gardeners, flourist). It just strikes me funny as to how millions and millions can revolt againt the unjust laws concerning this "crime". Some of the most intelligent people in America and in this country's history have smoked pot. Yet, if our illiterate,moronic,idiotic,unjust president says "that bad." more than half the country agrees and throws tax dollars at him for the "war on drugs."
