Can I count 1 year ago today as recent? Thanksgiving 2018 (it was early last year). See the bleakness? It was FREEZING! Hartford had a record cold November maximum temperature of 21 F/-6 C. I was on the Berlin Turnpike (US 5/CT 15), soon after entering Newington, CT, coming from Berlin. The stuff in back is the Eversource power headquarters for the region. Yes, that IS snow in the background. We had a freak early snow storm with at least 6 inches/15.24 cm nearly a week earlier.
