I'm tempted to try making those because they looks so good but I can't bring myself to buy a bag of Oreos. I swore off store bought cookies a long time ago. Tempting though.

You could always make a chocolate cookie to put inside them. Just make sure you add a little extra flour to the chocolate chip cookie dough to make it easier to mould.

I make a chocolate chip cookie muffin with a peanut butter cup in the middle. We have a cookie exchange every year. My husbands cousins son wont let me bring anything else. Like this but the cookie part is chocolate chip...

 

I love making stuff like that too! These are brownie truffle cups filled with cheesecake. I also make them with a peanut butter ganache filling.
