the building is 30'x65'x16'. I put a wall up at 30' to rent 30x30. I have a few projects to finish like a 1930 ford roadster and a little harley chopper and a 78 sporty.

No it's in a industrial park, it's more like a short term investment (5-10years)
About 5 or 6 years ago we took the small back yard and put a 24 foot X 30 foot shop/apartment so we are out of room here.
