View attachment 52278 Honestly I am too drunk to even know if I have posted this picture before... But I am at Lassen National Forest in California And yeah, I am narcissistic and I like to brag about how beautiful my area of the world is Here is another picture just for emphasis View attachment 52279
How you can drink as much as you do and stay so skinny is beyond me. Beautiful pictures. You are truly "blessed" to live where you do.
Good genetics... I know, I am lucky. Everyone in my family drinks like a fish (hey, we are Scottish) and we are all skinny as hell. Of course, I also inherited the genes for hideous teeth, so.... Honestly at the moment I am trying to gain weight because I am going to hike the Pacific Crest Trail and normally people lose like 20 pounds and so I need to gain 20 pounds...
Hideous teeth? Please. At least you have your own teeth. A lot of people don't even have real teeth. I am predominately Scottish, too, so perhaps that explains my own tolerance for booze. I just wish it was as easy for me to stay lean as it is for you.
Thank you Lynn, It always bothers me that people think that all of California is like LA... northern California is so different! Thanks Matt for thinking that being skinny is great.... but in reality people do not like sticks and I have had many a guy tell me that skin and bones are not at all attractive.
Here's captain obvious again but I just want to make clear that in reality SOME people have an aversion to skinny, others to fatties, a lot to both and when it just happens to be our genes we all should just fart them all in the face.
It was by an amateur friend. It was kind of stupid, but the location was really nice. We made 20 or so pics, some are good, some are not. It was an okay experience, but I wouldn't do it again, it's not for me.
What kind of location was it? Seems like an old fancy house judging by the background. 20th century perhaps? I like the pics anyway, I just would have used the symmetry of those wood panels in some way I guess. Just to be clear I'm an even less than an amateur, I rarely take any photos
I shunned almost all 20th century (western/european) architecture for the majority of my life but my appreciation has been growing in the last few years for especially the first half of the 20th century! Not saying you look old but you fit right into such scenery. Just add a cast iron table and some turkish coffee in a good room and any photographer would be set
