Somebody reminded me that they murder calfs to continually keep milk/butter produced. Those grass fed calf's too. So what does it matter if murderers feed their products grass?

 

They get less stomach gas and live a more comfortable life before becoming a nice juicy steak on your plate or while providing a glass of milk on your table. And if you are going to consume any animal products it's better grass fed then fed junk that's not natural to them.

 

It's called veal.

Also, with regular milking, cows (just like any other mammal) will continue to produce milk. I think the calf murder thing is just to produce veal which they can sell for a high price.

If it makes you feel a little better they get fed grass before they are murdered...ok.
Do you know if they feed grass to the calf's before they kill them?

 

Do you mourn every rodent killed by the machines that harvest the ingredients of your vegetarian meals?

 

It is to produce milk. Not veal. Veal being a secondary thought. Or so I thought.

 

I eat meat so it's important to me, my black angus comes from a friend who let's them roam, free range and he feeds em what's natural to them, my freezer is full of the best tasting meat you can buy and it costs less in the end then if I bought it at the store with all the crap they stab them with and the junk food the feed them before they die

All living things are god's creatures, even the bugs sucked up in the veggie machines.

 

I fail to see the connection between killing calfs and producing milk....mammalian lactation is based on how frequently milk is emptied from the mammary glands. It's only initially started by pregnancy, not increased by it.

 

To be fair, I drink milk, eat eggs and wear some leather.
Just today I have been reminded that we murder animals to do that.
I do not think any amount of grass or roaming free makes up for that.

But Odon doesn't even eat real vegetarian food. One time he mentioned that he eats Quorn, which is basically frankenfood that no human should be ingesting.
