Really starting to hate South Carolina

Man I thought this thread died. Yeah man, I would like to go twisted metal with the car features but everyone is carrying out here and would just shoot me.

It's funny I noticed activity in this thread this morning. There is a new redneck reality show hosted by stone cold Steve Austin and everyone was from the south. Guess who every redneck there hated the most and was the first guy they tried to vote off? The guy from Columbia, South Carolina! The dude exemplified the attitude out here. He called him self a cut above any redneck man woman or child. He thought he had more class.

I was laughing my ass off. He was the dumbest one there and also the most arrogant. Everyone else had common sense. Not single other person there liked that dude.

I know there are worse places on earth man but the people here are something you have to experience first hand.

 

Glad your experience was better than mine hon. I have met nice people here but like another gentleman just posted those are diamonds in the rough. I share his opinion at least.

When you move to a new place there are always new things to love and hate. I just needed to vent about what I hated about SC and get it out. The things I've said here are true but I understand that some people can be happier here than I am.

 

Complaining? Yes. Demanding that anyone change to fit my notion's of anything? You are full of shit.

Lack of funds? I'm sure you're refering to someone else as I operate a business out here. If I hadn't invested so much into it I would relocate.

The only carboard sign I put out are the ones I've left around certain areas alerting drivers to the speed traps. They don't stay up very long though.

I'm so sorry you had to endure that here. I'm very glad that you have seen better places and found a place that suits you. I feel like you get what I'm saying completely. You've seen alot of places and have things to compare to this area and you are from here so you are not biased, just honest.

 

This is the endless whining thread, so I guess I have done my share too!

Putting all levity aside, life is too short to be where you aren't happy. I hope you can hire someone who has earned your trust to run the day-to-day and find somewhere more mellow for yourself. You can "remote in" when you need to see how things are going.

Mel's a SC woman! and that is a big turn on for me, but I wouldn't care if she were from Alaska or Maine, if I woke up with her, I would have to pinch myself to make sure I weren't dreamin'. :love:

 

I can dig it. I believe I saw a picture of her once and thought she was attractive too, I can't remember, too many hip chicks to keep up with. Anyway I'm sure she a nice girl when she get's her way.

Yep, you refered back to it more than once and I guess I missed this one liner in that novel you wrote that it was hidden in. Anyway it never helped your arguement either way. Rebel flag on statehouse grounds supports my stance not yours.

Remember my anology of you in the courtroom saying "no your honor it was northeast"? Well you are still proudly beating that drum.

Maybe I will have to run by and take a picture to show exactly how the rebel flag itself is waiting to greet you at the very steps of the statehouse where our state leaders conduct state business.

You are focused on words that can be twisted or pointless errors to point out so you can use this and dance around your bedroom. Hey I got one...I recently commented that the flag was at the very steps of the state house. You could post about how it's really 15 feet from the bottom step so technically I'm wrong there too! You would have me on the ropes for certain with that one.

I can't even be bothered to reply because I'm not interested in making this personal and any valid point I make about the positive side of South Carolina you completely disregard. I tried arguing real points, not neccessarily to convince you (because I don't personally care if you have a bad opinion of SC. You're here and you're entitled to your opinion. I wanted to present a more balanced picture of the state to people reading this thread who have never been here) and you completely belittled every positive point I made.

You claim I'm so black and white, I'm so this and that...If I'm not worth your time and my request from a couple weeks ago for you to never adress me is no sweat for you, then why are you still harrassing me?
