Is there any way to know if a vendor will ship a product, that's illegal where the product is going?

 

Why give yourself the headache of wading through all the crap on tradesites just to flip a coin and hopefully get lucky. There are so many better ways to go about finding not only legitimate vendors, but ones that will serve your needs with the upmost integrety. Even 'legit' vendors/companies that are on tradesites and do have websites, are often variable in their communication and consistency.

Best bet is to do the research and signup to any number of forums that operate within the paradigm of RC's and vending. Although many of the more reputable sites are slowly becoming private, invite only based affairs.

If you are in the US, most good vendors will tell you upon contact, whether or not they will be able to ship to you. Most good rc vendors these days are pretty clued on to the legalities of their trade.

Outside of the US is a different story. Some vendors will have first hand knowledge of the laws of certain countries and obviously wont ship, and some will just ship at your own risk. For countrys outside of the US/UK/EU, most RC's are in a grey area in terms of legal status, and alot of regulatory bodies, especially in smaller countrys, are only just starting to awaken to this industry which has existed for years.

Mate, I know of people that have searched for a reliable source for over a year, and burnt through no small amount of money, before finding a decent vendor. Just have some patience, be sensible and safe, and you'll get there. This s**t isnt like popping down to your local weed house, or rolling over to a mate who has scored a few grams.

A good bet may be to start internally, and eliviate the 'instant gratification' mindset
