Agreed, drugs are drugs. Analogue act sucks... glad I don't live in America :2thumbsup: Although it's odd that rather than making the "analogue act" they didn't just make a whole bunch of chem's illegal. Some of the rc's are quite dangerous due to the potency.
Well, it's hard to make a bunch of chems illegal because it's hard to know which of them are psychoactive and have recreational potential and/or abuse. This was especially true in 1970 when the passed the laws that enacted this. I think the problem back then were opiate/heroin analogues and they just didn't know what ones would come up. Have something as vague as the Analog Act allows the government to act on any substance they feel has gotten too popular (and possibly dangerous). Of course, it has to be chemically related to some other already illegal drug, but pretty much all designer drugs are related in such a way. And if they're not, then the govt. can still ban the substance with a specific law, just how Salvia has been banned in many states in the U.S.
i'm not saying that they aren't real drugs or anything like that, i'm just saying that i don't bother with them because i can get other drugs around here without having to worry about finding a vendor and having them mailed to me. i don't see the need to order 2c-whatever when i have access to lsd and mushrooms around here, not worth the hassle for me.
^^ they all offer a different experience man. Different than LSD and mushrooms, which some people are not as lucky to find in their area.
blah blah blah Shit is easy to find Just do your research and have a little faith. Ps the usps normal snail mail is the best way to go. And dont be the foul who does too much and trips out and goes to the emergency room and fuck it up for everyone else. A monkey could find chems online.
Finding good RC suppliers (and suppliers in general) is actually fairly easy, as long as one is willing to put some effort into learning the ropes for 1-3 months. A person that diligently learns the skills required can find just about anything and be confident that 90-95% of his/her purchases are solid.
Like an other user stated I found it quite successful to search obscure RCs that maybe a scammer would not have the knowledge or care to list then double check with SOS and maybe even a 3rd party. The whois lookup was definitely an idea I had not thought of and will definitely use in the future.
