dehumidifiers are only made to last for 3 years at the most. Just had to buy another one...as one is kept in the basement here.....never want mold down there.....sohave to keep the basement here very dry, and had windows put in down there, and have a fan down there to circulate air in warmer months...In colder months...no need for any of it..... well, need to go set up that thing now downstairs.....
Well, that is done....got $50.00 off of the new dehumidifier, too, as it was the floor model, as there were none in stock at Home Depot.....lucky they sold the floor model. they sometimes don't.... correction...did not have windows put in the basement....had new windows put in, as the ones that were there did not open...these do, now, with screens....spiders still seem to make there way in somehow......though....
Standard dehumidifiers die in basements... They make cold temp dehumidifiers especially for basement use.
I did not know that....well, this one is there now, and is not run in cold months at all, so it should be good for 3 years...that is what I was told at Home Depot. They are only good for 3 years....honest salesman....
and right, as the last two dehumidifiers, I had, only lasted 3 years each...... Nothing is made to last anymore....no money in that, is there? I have some old fashioned things that last, though....
did you read what you quoted???? its for birds and bees!!! now i just have to figure out how i give it to them.
ahhh like a repellent.. dosnt seem so useful anymore, its not like the 80s when bees were everywhere, hell i cant think of the last time i saw one.
There may be less of them but if you're in the right (or wrong ) spot you can stil experience a lot of them at the same time And since a lot of them are kept you can simply look up a beekeeper (if you are really eager). It seems most beekeepers, around here at least, are quite happy to show them to visitors.
next time your around one of those bee keepers you should drop off a bottle of that stuff for them, i bet they would really appreciate it.
Odd timing... A swarm of bees came and decided to hang on a tree branch near the house today. Hopefully they are just passing through.
