I don't know. I know not nearly everyone who is shot dies. But I'd think if someone(s) was going around bothering to shoot people and only 15% of them died- well, what's the point of shooting them? Just pictured people going around randomly shooting... not even caring who they hit or what not. But yea, pretty weak. And it was on the July 4th holiday weekend and it was more people shot than usual for Chicago... think people just started going even more crazy than usual w the fireworks and all that. And people just get nuts in summer. Sigh.

Anyways... I have not seen the puking vids on youtube. lol. I don't doubt it though. People will do anything on youtube. I don't think I'd ACTUALLY drink a GALLON of milk... that's probably a little much. But I am really digging the milk lately. Must be a pregnancy thing since I was never a fan before.

Yea, I know. I rarely look @ the guests. Sometimes I do really quick just because sometimes they are looking at some funny threads or some really old threads. I wonder who ALL those guests who are always on are. They are pretty much always looking at sex or drug threads.

Suspected gunman surrenders in suburban Houston standoff after 6 shot dead, 1 wounded in Harris County, Texas

Six people, including four children, were shot dead and one woman was shot in the head but survived a grisly massacre Wednesday afternoon at a home in suburban Houston, the Harris County Sheriff's Office said.

The suspected killer, still armed and reportedly an uncle of some of the victims, held officers at bay for nearly four hours in a cul-de-sac some three miles from the Spring crime scene.

The man, described as in his 30s, fled the bloody scene to kill more family members, police said. But officers intercepted his gray sedan, which led dozens of patrol cars on a slow-speed chase until the suspect was cornered in the cul-de-sac.

Anyways, that's kinda crazy. Now see, he meant business when he was shooting.... not just firing shots off in the air indiscriminately.
You know, many many years ago.... hubby n I before we were married lived in this one city in a section not so bad... but also not far from a bad section (couple block kinda thing).. In any case, we had a weird upstairs neighbor. He was just always always alone...very quiet... loved his cat.... never had any probs or issues w him or anything though.
We moved outta that place (we had a robbery there... someone came in w a gun when we were sleeping, pistol wiped D... anyways... scared me n we moved...)--- maybe 3 wks after we moved outta there the upstairs neighbor guy was in the news....
It was a holiday... Labor Day I wanna say? He walked into his parent's houses.... shot and killed his mom, his dad, his grandmother.... left... came BACK to his apartment-(upstairs from where we lived only weeks before) and was... just sitting there an hour or so later when the police came and arrested him.

For many, many weeks later I just felt...chills. Creeped out. Just majorly creeped out.

 

Yeah, this guy was looking to take out his family, his family’s family, friends of the family, acquaintances, and anyone who may have talked with a member of the family

I tend to be the type of person who likes to sing in the rain... you know what I mean... it can rain and rain and I'll be there smiling, optimistic--- don't let any outside force bring me down. But yea, I can see why some people just... lose their grip. You have to have a strong sense of peace with yourself to let things bounce off of you all the time.
