I just cycled to the next town in order to jump about on a trampoline in a kids play park.

 

111 asshole degrees today. If Air Conditioning and Ice cold beverages were a sin then I'd consider myself well on my way.

 

I couldnt stop myself from singing bohemian rhapsody today at work when there was no music.

I also found out I can be a morning person when I need to be.

 

God, I think I'll wear a swim suit the entire day just to deal with the nut sweat.

I had a good evening with an old friend I haven't seen in a long while

 

A&W Root beer is my favorite pop.

 

I have tomorrow off. I'm going to hit the gym, go for a bicycle ride, then start reading a David Suzuki book I found in someone's recycling bin.

I have an boat paddle I use in my swimming pool, be surprised how that simple motion improves shoulder and back strength..
alot of times I walk around my pool with a big plastic window screen, Since Im doing it in one direction and then stop the water still has much force going around. then grab the paddle and try to go against the current..

No diving... hahah .. My pool is only 3ft deep. Its a cut down metal frame pool, my friend and I customized. Its deep enough to swim, but not deep enough to get wet to your chest. shallow water allows it to get warmer without solar cover. But Im going to but one eventually ..
